How do I return or exchange an item?
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from our website, you can return it us within 30 days of the purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
To Return a Product(s):
- Please email email@example.com with your order number to request a return packaging slip.
- Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. 701 / NYC is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.
- Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number .

We only accept returns for items purchased through www.701nyc.com. If you purchased a VPI item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
